Offline expense tracker app: Log it on the bus, with one bar or none.

Your records live on your phone and back up to our server whenever you're online. So Kashaa opens fast and saves right away, signal or not.

Why it matters

Why keeping it on your phone helps.

All three come from storing your records on your phone instead of waiting on a server.

It opens fast

Your records are already on the phone, so there's nothing to load.

It works with no signal

On a plane, in a basement, on a provincial bus, or out of data. Only voice entry needs a connection.

It won't lose your entry

Each entry is saved on the phone before it syncs, so a dropped connection can't lose it.

Sync

Your records back up on their own.

When you're online, Kashaa syncs every 10 minutes and each time you open the app. There's nothing for you to do.

  • An older copy of an entry can't overwrite a newer one.
  • Deleting something syncs as a change, so nothing else goes missing with it.
  • Syncing is also your backup. Sign in on a new phone and it all comes back.
  • If you have Pro, it keeps working offline.

FAQ

They save on your phone right away. Kashaa syncs them in the background every 10 minutes once you're online, and each time you open the app.

Yes, once, to sign in with Google, Apple or email. After that you can add, edit and look through everything offline.

No. Once an entry has synced, it's on Kashaa's server too. Sign in on the new phone and everything comes back, debts included.

Voice entry does, because the text of what you said is sent to Kashaa's server. Syncing and signing in need one too.
