Features

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Built around how you actually manage money - many wallets, informal lending, and the need to see the whole picture fast.

Spending heatmap

Your whole month, at a glance.

Heavier days stand out on their own. No chart to read, no report to run - the pattern is just there when you open the app.

The Kashaa spending heatmap: a calendar where each day is scaled by how much was spent
The Kashaa entry screen: a full-screen number pad with account, category, note and fee fields above it

Fast entry

Ten seconds, start to saved.

A full-screen number pad. Amount, account, category, done. No forms, no dropdowns - so you actually keep using it.

Debt tracking

Never forget who owes you.

Lend, collect, borrow, repay. Every peso tracked by person, with the full history and one tap to mark it settled.

Multiple accounts

GCash, Maya, bank. One number.

Your real balance is spread across a few places. Add every wallet, bank and card, then read the whole picture as one figure.

And the quiet parts that keep it working.

Budget planning

Weekly or monthly limits per category, tracked quietly in the background.

Category breakdown

Exactly what share of your spending went where, over any date range.

Custom categories

A category system that matches how you already think about money.

Account transfers

Move money between GCash, Maya and your bank in a few taps.

Cloud sync

Everything syncs on its own. Switch phones without losing an entry.

Notes & fees

Context on any entry, and transfer fees logged so nothing slips through.

Start free. Upgrade when you're ready.

No card, no countdown. Records are unlimited on the free tier - the upgrade is for when the number of accounts, budgets and categories you keep outgrows it.

Frequently asked.

Yes. The free tier has no time limit and no countdown - track expenses, income, transfers, debts and budgets, with up to 3 accounts and 10 categories, forever. Pro simply raises the limits when your finances outgrow them.

Your data lives on your own device first and syncs to a private cloud backup, so nothing is lost if you change phones. We never sell or share it, and there are no ads. You sign in with Google or Apple, so we never see a password - and Kashaa never asks for your bank credentials.

No, and that is deliberate. Kashaa is a manual tracker, so your banking credentials stay entirely private and cash is a first-class entry rather than a gap in an imported feed. The trade is real: if you want a passive feed of card transactions, Kashaa is not that app.

Completely. Kashaa runs on a real database on your phone - not a cache of a server. The app opens instantly, works with no signal at all, and cannot lose an entry to a failed request. Sync runs in the background afterwards.

Yes, and it is the feature Kashaa exists for. A loan is not an expense - the money just moved into an IOU - so Kashaa records it as a debt movement that updates both your balance and that person's. Lend, Collect, Borrow, Repay, plus a waive action for anything you write off.

Nothing is lost. Sign in on the new phone with the same Google or Apple account and everything is where you left it. Merges compare last-updated stamps, so an older copy can never overwrite a newer one.

Yes, anytime from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling returns you to the free tier with your data intact - you just go back to free limits.
